The History.
The Davis family purchased the old farmhouse in 1994 from the Craddock’s. We lived in the farmhouse while our family continued to grow for 10 years before building our blue-shutter home 12 feet behind it. Brant Road was then renamed Brant Church Road, commemorating the history. We felt it fitting to name our property Brant Church Estates.
The barn was existing on the property when purchased by the Davis family. A cement floor was added when it became a mechanic shop. In 2020, the family began renovating the interior of the barn. A grand fireplace was added, edison bulbs were hung and the barn transformed into a rustic gathering space for family and friends.
